Why Would I Have Lots Of Ewcm After Ovulation

Brief basic psychobiology of stress

The term originally comes from physics and architecture to refer to the force applied to an object can stretch or break, where Selye, a physician at the beginning of s. XX, imported it to describe a range of symptoms observed in some patients who seemed to have no known medical cause or to be presented regardless of the condition being treated and gained fame in 1950 with the publication of Stress. A study on anxiety . And so it came to psychology, but his treatment has not been unambiguous because it has been understood in different ways by the authors.

Dr. Cano Vindel, president of the English Society for the Study of Anxiety and Stress says that some have arisen as a reaction or response of the individual and the internal changes that occur in it, others have used it to Referring to the stimulus itself, speaking of stressful stimuli that can cause a stress response, and finally, the most complete and accepted approach today is the one who understands the stress as an interaction between the stimulus and the subject, so that consider stress as "a result of an imbalance between the demands of the environment (internal or external stressors) and resources of the subject" to cope.

The crux of the matter is in the adrenal glands and a type of hormone secreted by, the glucocorticoids, cortisol being the popular "stress hormone", the main one in humans and other primates. Have glucocorticoid receptors in virtually every cell in the body, so it is easy to see that altering the regulation will mean, in the chain of influences, altering the entire body. Regulate various aspects of metabolism and its release increases significantly during stress, where they are needed to prepare the organism to a threat.

In these situations, increasing the supply of glucose to neurons and muscle enhances the function of organs (heart, brain, etc.) that will allow the body to respond quickly and effectively, eg by physical exertion or increased attention. On the other hand, glucocorticoids have anti-inflammatory properties as they inhibit the release of various chemical mediators of inflammation. Also known to suppress the immune system response, so they are used in clinical practice to prevent transplant rejection, among other things, but for this very reason, the susceptibility to certain diseases is greatly increased in these situations of high tension.

Roughly the thing starts with the perception of danger, which is rapidly processed by the central nervous system from the hypothalamus, through a series of hormonal mediators influences the pituitary gland which in turn releases hormones that when they reach the adrenal glands lead to the rapid release of glucocorticoids and catecholamines, which performed its function in various organs and tissues. This close relationship between the nervous and endocrine systems has made it increasingly more frequent and appropriate to talk about the neuroendocrine system as a whole.

But stress is bad enough. Biological and evolutionary speaking, stress is a physiological response that occurs to facilitate the survival time to adverse events such as assault of a predator or food deprivation. Glucocorticoids secreted by the adrenal cortex, speeding up metabolism, and catecholamine secreted by the adrenal medulla, increasing blood circulation, preparing the body to confront the threat. The problem comes when this response a priori "good" (ie, adaptive) is too long time. Here we already in the field of psychosocial stress, where the situations that produce stress are other issues such as personal relationships, exams, promotion at work, etc, so a chronically activated a number of physiological processes that are designed only to respond to specific emergencies of a physical.

Prolonged stress over time, and increase the vulnerability to develop disease by immunosuppression that occurs, can lead to many pathological conditions: cardiovascular, digestive, growth, infertility and nervous system damage, as it neuronal receptors have been identified glucocorticoids in structures related to the regulation of processes as diverse as neurogenesis, learning, memory and decision making. In extreme cases, a very high levels of glucocorticoid block adult neurogenesis and neuronal death occurs.

ROME CONQUERS THE PLATEAU CENTRAL (V): THE IMPORTANT ROLE OF NEGÓBRIGA

In the year 152 took over the situation two new characters, the consul M. Claudio Marcelo, for Citerior, and Marco Atilio preor for the Ulterior. Marcelo, a man experienced in war and politics, launched its campaign to reconquer the Jalón valley, heading straight for Ocilis. The deal that gave the city was so generous that emissaries soon arrived from other cities willing to be tested, including Negóbriga (Calatorao). Apparently, the young people of this city was not quite agree with their aut0ridades plans, so they decided to act on their own, coming to attack the same Roman camp. Marcelo, considering nertobriguenses that had betrayed him, besieged the city. But the people responsible did not want a confrontation with the Romans. So no time in sending a man Marcelo covered with a wolf pelt, distinctive Celts used to use messengers. Marcelo agreed to conclude peace with Negóbriga, provided its citizens to mediate with the other tribes insumisas del Duero to initiate negotiations with the Romans. Almost all Arevaci
agreed to a deal on terms similar to those signed with Graco old. Only a few cities also require stronger guarantees for the future. Given the disagreement, Marcelo proposed that each of the parties that had split the opinion of the Celts send ambassadors to Rome to negotiate directly with the Senate. While never an answer, all parties agreed to respect a truce.
The ambassadors, who accompanied Marcelo messengers carrying a letter from the consul for the Senate, which recommended that opted for a peaceful settlement, reached Rome. The Senate, after listening to them, referred the matter for discussion secret.
What was the response of the Senate?: Marcelo was told to continue with the war. Do you want the reader to know why? In the next post.

Hot Wheels Go Cart Gas

Rome conquered the central plateau (IV): THE DISASTER OF VULCANALES AND THE HOME OF HARASSMENT ON NUMANCIA

Nobilior was made in the field of operations in May of 153 a. C. with an army of not less than 30,000 men, which included about 7,000 auxiliaries recruited from the Ebro region and the coast. The first thing was to establish Ocilis Nobilior (Medinaceli) a military base and supply depot. After Segeda attacked.
Its inhabitants, who had not yet finished its great wall, fled for refuge, for the most part, Numancia. Nobilior followed, but the road was struck by Arevaci warriors led by their leader, a certain Expensive. Nobilior that day lost 60% of Roman ciudadadanos militants in his army (about 6,000). It was Aug. 23, when Rome burned at parties celebrating Vulcanales in honor of the god Vulcan. When news broke in the distant metropolis, that sad day was officially declared a "grim day" for the Roman people.
But in the course of the battle, the Arevaci had also lost their leader Expensive. Thus, lawless, were unable or failed to take advantage of his victory and retreated to Numancia, where heads Leucon Ambron and tried to reorganize before Nobilior, with the rest of his troops, fell on the city. Indeed, the Roman army appeared a few days later the hill called the Great Watchtower, and in that great place set up camp right in the same place where, years ago, Cato had encamped his troops - as we said in another post of this blog.
Meanwhile, the people of Ocilis had rebelled against Rome, knowing the success of the battle the day of the Vulcanales. For this reason, left their bases Nobilior Ocilis and contacted the Ebro valley, where reinforcements could reach more easily. The Celts Nobilior sent a messenger to propose negotiations, but the Romans, who had just received reinforcements (Cavalry and elephants sent by Massinissa, king of Numidia), haughtily dismissed the envoy. He immediately gave orders to assault Numancia in the hope of intimidating the Celts with their ten elephants. Winter is
jumped and Numancia were well supplies provided by the vacceos. Nobilior, in order to cut the supply, was admitted to Uxama (Osma), but had to return without accomplishing its purpose. The cold weather caused a great slaughter in the Roman camp. The Celts tended traps each time the Romans came out to collect firewood, water or supplies. A convoy carrying wheat and fodder fell Numantian. In short, the campaign of 153 was a complete disaster.

Is It Dermatomyositis Dog

Rome conquered the central plateau (III): FIFTH FULVIO nobilior

Nobilior Quinto Fulvio was the consul in charge of going to Spain. Assigned Citerior province, with the mission to pacify the Celts. The praetor Lucius Mummius would in front of the Further, in order to subject the Lusitanian. Mummius
's army was defeated by the Lusitanian, which hare been carefully walked through all of the flags and banners Celtiberia taken to the Romans, handler prove they were not invincible. Emboldened by this success and guided by a new leader, Cauceno invaded the land of Cuneo, in the Algarve and now penetrated to the Strait area, who crossed along with their plunder by the Moroccan coast, until caught up in OCIL Mummius (current Arzila) and defeated them.
Citerior in the province, the "casus belli" was the fact that the inhabitants of Segeda (11 km from Calatayud), had applied to build around their city a second wall of large perimeter intended to shelter in case of danger to all people of the tribe of the belos. Segeda remember that was one of the few - if not only - of the cities that had managed to keep the walls after demolition orders earlier times. The Senate objected to having knowledge of what happened and segistanos replied that the treaty with Graco only forbidden to build new thoroughfare, not the old walling. In retaliation, Rome took away the privilege of enjoying the tax exemption, Segeda refused to pay and war ensued.
segistanos Although apparently were those who violated the covenant, the root cause of behavior must be sought in the conduct of the Roman governors, whose rapacity, plundered came long before the agreements with Graco.
By knowing the decision of Rome, many cities and Celtic tribes signed a treaty offensive and defense mechanism, which still retain a debronce registration plate found in Guadalajara (Luzaga), written in Iberian character. Although it has not been translated completely, we know from the inscription that among the allied cities included Arecratox (Ágreda) and Luti (Cantalucía), on whose behalf it signed the treaty for legacies. For other sources we know that all cities Arévacos united against Rome.

Proverbs 27:17 "The iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another. " (NASB)

Reading:

"The wrapped gift was a new watch. A watch made by Sunto mountaineering. Called the Core."

As seen crawling with these sentences on page 313 of the book The Mountain Between Us (The mountain that separates us), I forgot about the time of the characters in the novel. Instead I thought the clock that the author of that work had given my husband several years ago.

was a Timex Ironman with more buttons and functions that I could learn to use. Rick and I met Charles during our undergraduate studies at the university. The two men became good friends playing darts, basketball, sharing Jesus, talking about Walker Percy, going hunting, listening to music and listening to the academic discourses of the communication theory of Dr. Brown.

frequently seen in the computer lab engrossed in conversation. Or, laughing so much I can not sound out of their mouths open. The computer screen was always Rick terms of academic discourse and research. Most times, the display of Charles revealed he was writing short stories. I still remember the first I read. A play about her sister Annie called Humble Pie (retracted) ...

The clock was accompanied by a letter. In a poetic in that only a novelist friend could capture on paper, Charles explained all the features of Rick who had inspired. All challenges were faced and overcome together. U much valued friendship Rick. He included a Bible verse, "As iron sharpens iron, and the man in dealing with men" (Proverbs 27:17, NIV).

Charles explained that only gave him the watch to an exclusive group of men during their life, men who had also been a source of inspiration for him. "Iron Men" were called. Men who had sharpened. Charles also described in his letter, each of them worthy of admiration in a unique way. Rick was not sure to deserve such a comparison. Of course, it was not really a comparison but a celebration. A symbolic display of friendship and appreciation.

Rick used the clock until the battery ran out. Then I changed the battery. I continued to use until the belt broke, then changed his belt. After all, is not an everyday thing that someone denominated Iron Man. But every time I looked at his watch Rick, Charles made that statement.

We ran the study period grade and both men were forced to go each their own. Rick went to Wilmington to teach in the university, Charles went to Jacksonville and eventually began publishing his works. Very touching stories. Stories of people whose heart is torn and find healing hope. Stories that show the reader what is true love.

Charles said in an interview that a force that impelled him to write his novels was to answer the question, "How is the truly love someone?" The lives of the characters who live in the stories of Charles respond to that question. And the life of Charles answered that question.

This week I asked Rick, "What do you think are the strengths of Charles as a friend?" For a moment, Rick paused and then said, "He is honest in its own and requires you to be honest in yours too." He then added, "and know how to love."

sharpening seems that goes both ways.

Chicken Poxs On Legs Only

Rome conquered the central plateau (II): A TALE OF VIRIAT

From the point of view of his opponents, the Roman conquest was seen from many different angles. There were communities that were in the Roman penetration loss of their independence, their institutions, their ancestral culture. Others regarded the Romans as the powerful ally who would help them settle once and for all traditionally held grudges against his pesky neighbors (when not annoying the neighbors?). Some sectors realized that the Roman presence was the only authority able to carry out a fair distribution of land. By contrast, others felt threatened their freedom to loot and plunder with impunity to those who had forced them to lie to the mountain or just any prosperous and peaceful population. There were some that even fluctuated between the pro-Roman and anti-Roman and ended up in a situation similar to the protagonist of a little story that Diodorus attributed Viriato:

" ... like the inhabitants of Tucci (Martos, Jaén) not faithfully observe its commitments, but rather, as soon bowed to the Romans as his prpia, told them some Viriato fable, not without wit, in order to highlight the inconsistency while their cause. He told them what happened to a man and neither young nor old, who took two wives, the youngest, with the desire to make more like themselves in appearance of age, he was removing the pipes of the head hair, while, for the same purpose, the older blacks tore, so that, before long, shaved by both Finally he stood bald. The same was to happen also the inhabitants of Tucci, because as the Romans who killed the militants in his party and the Lusitano, in turn, killed those who were listed as his enemies, would soon be depopulated city. "

The raids of the Lusitanian subsequently acquired by the province particularly intense in the year 155, when large groups of Lusitano, vetones and allies fell upon the valley of the Guadalquivir, led by a warlord called Punic. After defeating several Roman armies, crossed the province to reach the Mediterranean coast, where the defenders killed a Roman city of Punic casual way, with a stone in the head.
The Lusitanian elected a new chief, Cesario, and continued the war. Given the successes of the Lusitano, the Celts began to rise. Rome decided to crack down the revolt. Since it was not advisable to wait until 15 March (date began the year in which Roman and chose the two consuls), it was decided to advance both elections as the beginning of the year the first day of January (FIRST IN HISTORY: hence it is this and no other day that opens every year for many centuries).

What Causes Lace Bite

Rome conquered the central plateau (I)

Understanding Now the third and most crucial stage of the conquest of the Iberian Peninsula by the Romans. In the 20-year period, Rome was forced to keep fighting hard against the Lusitanian and the Celts. The wars against the first two periods were particularly serious: the first between 155 and 151, then between 147 and 133. In the wars breed is also distinguished two periods: the first between 153 and 151 and the second between 143 and 133.
As we see, the riots took place Celtiberian Lusitanian and with some concurrency. However, the coincidence in time does not mean that both people act in accord against the common enemy so, the occasionally established relations were exceptional and, of course, very superficial.
In all stages of the Roman conquest, this is the best known, thanks to historians such as Appian and Polybius splendid left us evidence of its evolution. Thanks to them we can establish and clarify the severity of conflicts, bloody violence and evaluate their results. There have been
English historians who have been in the resistance to penetration Hispanic Roman epic sort of an independence-loving people who chose to succumb before losing their freedom to give. The names of the top players in the resistance (Viriato, Numancia) have peaked flag-independence as indomitable and inspiring. But this is ridiculous.
Moreover, the internal divisions of the Hispanic peoples to effective resistance against Rome, have been frequently used as evidence of individualism apodictic birth of the English, their visceral cantonalismo and its irresistible tendency to anarchy as if is a certain kind of secular tradition which has seriously endangered the national unity always in too centralist and authoritarian regimes. Another silly. There have been no
historians who have used similar data to support the contrary view, creating images of the English myth equally mythical and unreal. Thus, it has come to interpret the resistance to Rome as the struggle of the poor against the armies of slave power, determined to support the rich and the oppressors of the people.
The reality is more complex and more appropriate approach it is ignoring both the patriotism and cheap demagoguery.

For Rome it was certainly not a problem worthy of priority attention. Keep in mind that during this period, Rome got total domination of the Balkans (destruction of Corinth in 146), razed Carthage definitely during the Third Punic War (149-146), the 200,000 slaves crushed that he rose in Sicily (136-132) and got to his prestige and diplomacy that the king of Pergamum hiciese heir to his kingdom to the Roman people (133), while, inside, looked shaken by claims of their own peasantry.

Clearly, then, that the resistance of the Celts or Viriato insurrection were referred by the Senate with a concern very different from that deduced from local stories, always aimed at the country legend and excitement. It is true that the Senate, when he decided to end the war in Numancia, which seemed excessively long, sent to Scipio Aemilianus. But had it when he had against Numancia finished his great mission, which was the taking of Carthage. Between Carthage and Numancia, who were contemporary wars, Rome had no doubt about what was most important. And when Scipio, charged with the mythical glory of having destroyed the traditional rival of Rome, was commissioned to settle the matter adamant, were allowed to take measures against the city nearly celtibérica disproportionate because he could not afford to risk their prestige actions by a lucky enemy guerrillas.
Moreover, with the conquest of the Iberian area and access to the plateau, Rome had already achieved the basic objectives of its presence in Hispania. The metal deposits most important of the peninsula under its control, the most fertile lands and also communications between the provinces were guaranteed by the work of Graco.

So the question arises, what interest could the Romans have conquered the central plateau? In any case a secondary interest, such as improving and completing the work begun securing peace by subjection of the peoples of the interior, expanding possibilities of recruiting mercenaries and aprovisioamiento sources for the market, in general, and for that of slaves in particular.

HISPANIA VS ROMA: MANAGEMENT AND ABUSES OF THE CONQUEST OF ROME

Conclude that the management of Graco and Albino had been largely positive. Celtiberia and Vascon area had been actually subjected. Penetration was undertaken in the land of the vacceos. Lusitanian militancy had subsided. Thus, while the limits of Hispania Ulterior defendants were unchanged, those of Citerior widened dramatically, the border ran from Jaca to Calagurris (Calahorra), thence, skirting the east Moncayo, twisted into Segontia (Sigüenza .) Continued through the valleys of the Tajo de Henares and to mark a sharp shift to the south, between Toletum (Toledo) and Aibura (Talavera de la Reina). Cutting the forests Toledo and the valley of the Guadiana, finally joined the limits of the Further northwest of Iliturgi (Andújar). Albino
Graco and received well-deserved honors in Rome triumphant. Returnees and veterans were awarded bonuses. And during the next 33 years (178-155) the peace reigned in the Roman provinces of Hispania.

But not without some violent incidents merce is worth exploring ...
It is true that what happened during this period is very little we know, but enough to get an idea of \u200b\u200bthe morals of the magistrates who succeeded Graco. The fact that the office of praetor was elected induced the annual a larceny race to beat the mark than their predecessors in office had been set, not only for the money given to the treasury, but acquired wealth to their advantage. Thus, many of the successors of Graco blatantly violated the treaties it had concluded with the Celts. The losers tried to defend themselves as they could. No shortage of armed revolt, but with the conviction that by force they would get nothing except to harden their treatment of the magistrates, in the end chose to send legates to Rome to denounce the Senate pillage and terror scheme imposed by the envoys of Rome, in flagrant violation of existing treaties.
In year 171 in Rome were already members. There was no lack honest men who made it possible for the establishment of a tribunal to hold accountable those responsible. A. Canuleyo was appointed to examine the cause. MP and P. Cato Scipio Nasic were appointed patrons or defenders of the province Citerior, and L. Paulo Emilio and Sulpicius Gallus, the Ulterior. But the Senate was unwilling to allow it to be pulled the blanket and discovered the whole truth. As soon shook off Canuleyo, sending him to Spain to try to prevent that Hispanics continue bothering Roman patricians. A few agreements, which would be a dead letter, served to reassure momentarily to the plaintiffs. But the guilty go unpunished. Among the defendants were Furio and Matiena, which was hinted at the advisability of leaving Rome for some time. Titino, who had behaved in Hispania as a real criminal, was acquitted in the third instance. Obviously, there were many people in high places to be given interested in shelving the annoying process

take place at this time also the foundations of several colonies that showed even more clearly intended to completely assimilate Rome, politically and culturally , Hispania. In Carteia (Algeciras), Canuleyo allowed the installation of the people who were born Roman and English from the first years of occupation. In the 169 a. BC, the praetor M. Mercel Claudio founded the colony of Corduba (Córdoba), which is called "colony patricia", having been established in her many noble Romans, including senators and members of the equestrian order.

Welcoming New Church Members Letters

access to the plateau (IV)

Then came the 179 Tiberius Gracchus to take charge of the prefecture of Citerior Hispania took office with a military offensive in which the two armies coordinated operations. Albino Praetor of the Further, walked toward the territory of the vacceos. Graco, meanwhile, after submitting some cities of the Further, entered Carpetania Oretania and occupying the town of Elk, about 20 km from Toledo, whose leader, Thurr, spent in the service of the Romans. In the region reached Caravis Tajo, allied city of Rome, which waged the siege of which was submitted by the Celts. In Moncayo campaigns ran into an army that defeated the Celts and Livy tells us that victory ended the war. Graco
to celebrate his victories, he founded the city of Graccurris, current Alfaro, in the year 178. Do not think that this foundation responded to the vanity of a successful military: she tried to secure the borders between the territories controlled Rome and the peoples Basques. At the same time had the opportunity to implement one of its most intelligent initiatives. Known
are social problems that undermined the precarious health of the peoples of the Iberian Peninsula, especially the Celts, the vetones and Lusitanian. The concentration of land ownership in the hands of a few landowners forced large segments of the population to be maintained by a kind of life that could qualify as "banditry." The fertile lands of the Guadalquivir, Ebro and fringe Levantine plundered by those groups of bandits deprived and hungry. Rome
Once the richest territories occupied of the Peninsula, hardened resistance to the incursions of those semi-nomadic thieves. But the solution of the problem was not in force. It was necessary to give these people the land they needed, which, on the one hand satisfy their most basic demands and, secondly, they do sedentary. This was the objective set out to achieve with Graco Foundation Graccurris: the Celts were given plots of land. Consequently, it was possible peace: a multitude of tribes and cities signed treaties of friendship and alliance with Rome in exchange for the payment of a reasonable taxation and military service. It also acquired the commitment not to wall off their cities had Roman acculturation started of the Iberian Peninsula. The Romans gave the contracting cities the right to coin money, law amounted in fact to an obligation which in turn made it easier for tax collection Rome and out of precious metals. Among the allied cities highlighted Segóbriga (Saelices), the most important Cetiberia (which shall speak in the future), which negotiated with Roma full equality.

ACCESS TO CONQUER ROME PLATEAU (III) THE CONQUERING ROMA

In the years after Cato, Rome sent to governors of Hispania less prominently, despite the illustrious names that showcased some of them: So Scipio Nasic, who managed to get their hands on some game that had been devoted Lusitanian looting cities under their protection. Nobilior, one of them, crossed Despeñaperros, beat and subdued the Carpetani, captured Toledo, defeated the vacceos and vetones, who came to the aid of the city, and arrested Hilerno, the chief in command. His successor, Lucio Emilio Paulo (191-190) is not noted for his military successes, but it's worth to be remembered as the only governor who did not use his position to enrich themselves, for whatever gave him the collected treasure left to die just his wife enough to return the dowry that she had received to marry. The oldest of all known Roman inscriptions in Spain which contains the text of the decree the same Lucio Emilio Paulo granted freedom to slaves who entered the service of Rome. Reads:

"General Emilio Lucio, son of Lucius, decreed that, to the servants, those who dwell in Láscuta Torre, are free, and ordered that they too can own and have the home field and possessed at that time as the Senate and the Roman people what they will. Made in the camp on the twelfth of the Kalends of February "(565 years after the founding of Rome)

The Láscuta small tower (pictured) would become over time in the Roman colony of Láscuta, perhaps the current Alcalá de los Gazules. Rome

Tired of the hassles that continuously causes the Lusitanian and the Celts, they decided to carry out a major offensive designed to bring the territory between Sierra Morena and the Tagus. Virtually all current region Castilla La Mancha. In the spring of 185 the armies of the two provinces were concentrated in Beturia between the Guadalquivir and Guadiana. After some unfortunate encounters, Roman superiority prevailed, but the expedition failed to consolidate their purchases in the rush to the magistrates to return to Rome to receive the honors of victory. It all came down to a lesson that would soon fall into oblivion. Background or attacked the root of the instability of Lusitanian and the Celts or even military measures were taken to prevent further attacks. So llegarmos the time when Tiberius Gracchus took charge of the praetor of Hispania Citerior in the year 179 a. C. and things began to change.

BUT I CAN NOT SEE!

"The next day Jesus decided to go to Galilee and found Philip and said, 'Follow me'." John 1:43 (NIV)

Reading:

Lighting a small circle in front of our feet, the lantern gave us security and address only with sufficient illuminated area to give our next step while Rose and I walked before dawn. Over time, the anxiety became comfortable as we talked the day he was to begin. We knew light to lead us in the right direction. All we had to do was take the next step ...

take the next step is something that Jesus recommended long ago. "Come and see." "Follow me." These are the words of Jesus to his disciples when he called them. Not sat down and showed them what would happen in the next three years. He knew it was going to be overwhelming, even to change their mind. He decided to forward them simple. "Follow me" was all he said. must take the next step ...

As a teenager, I wanted to know my future. I be all my dreams come true? What college should I go? Will I work in a church with a pastor marry me? Will I live in Iowa near my family? Jesus knew the answer to those questions from the beginning. Do not go to college. I do not work in a church and I married a pastor. He knew. In their wisdom, He chose to reveal just enough light to take the next step.

Sometimes I realize that I fall on my desire to see the future. I'm drowning in my fears and concerns. Concerns about my career: I will continue taking this work in ten years? Concerns Mom: Do my children marry spouses who have a passion for Jesus? Concerns marriage: My husband and I enjoy a long retirement together? With my next step, I can turn around topics that do not even have anything to do with this day.

Jesus knows. He knows what answers are "yes" and which will be "no." He know when and where reveal what my next step. My role consists simply obey and take that next step.

When I was younger I did not understand that the times when He said "no" actually were the steps that I stood to his wonderful "yes." Learned in the darkness that whenever I step out in obedience, followed by blessings. I also had to learn that even those roads that were causing pain in the process. Were steps the path you chose obedience over the worry, fear and control.
Now, more than fear and doubt come to the surface during the dark trying to silence the conjecture. I remember the words that Jesus said "Follow me" and flashing back to the path in the dim light of the short distance and just give the next step ... a step of trust. I asked him what I should do just now. Expressing concern neglect my concerns to Jesus and trusting in His ability to guide each of my next steps.

Dear Lord, the darkness can be scary. Jesus, sometimes my ability to trust seems to be much smaller that the step I take. Help me to create a history with you. A history of ever seeing this will help me to trust you again and again. That's what I want. I trust in You. In Jesus' name, Amen .
